At KJ’s Keepsakes, we take pride in creating personalized and beautifully crafted memorial keepsakes tailored to honor your loved one’s memory. Due to the customized nature of our products, all sales are final, and we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once an order is placed.

 

Customization and Proof Approval

We want to ensure your complete satisfaction with the final design. Before production begins, you will have the opportunity to review and approve a proof of your order through our secure client portal.   Before finalization, you will be authorized ONLY ONE round of revisions. Once the proof is approved, any changes or revisions may incur additional charges.

While we work diligently to ensure your order is completed on time and handed off to reliable shipping carriers, KJ’s Keepsakes is not responsible for:

• Delays caused by the shipping carrier.
• Damage, loss, or mishandling during transit.
• Incorrect shipping addresses provided during the ordering process.

Shipping Cost/Time: The cost and time to ship your order varies depending on the purchase time and approval/finalization process. The printing process will not begin until the design has been approved.

Same-Day Shipping: Your order will ship if approved for printing by 12:00 PM. Orders approved between 12:00 and 4:00 PM will be shipped the following business day.

• Processing Time:
  Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after proof approval. 

• Delivery Partners:
  We ship using trusted carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Delivery options range from overnight to 2-day delivery.

• Tracking:
  Once your order ships, a tracking number will be provided to help you monitor your delivery.

Order Submission and Production Process: Please include the following information:

• Your loved one's name, date of birth, and date of death.
• Preferably 1 or 2 professional or high definition photos.
• NO SCREENSHOTS 
• Desired colors, hobby or theme (if you're ordering alone). If  this is an add-on with programs, the design will be consistent with the program.  

Design Limitations: Slight color variations may occur.

Order Finalization: Once production begins, no cancellations or changes can be made.
